Millet Chocolate Puding

I've brought you an extremely delicious and satieting chocolate puding dessert, which is excellent for glas dessert or breakfast, and is very easy to make.


150 g dry millet

400 ml water

pinch of salt

12 pcs soft dates

4 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

300 ml plant-based milk


  1. Rins and drain the millet, then add tha water and salt, and cook under lid until done.

  2. Once it's cooked, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour it into jars.

We can eat it hot or cold, and we can serve it fresh fruits and nuts to taste.
