Date Paste


Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates

water


Method

1. Place the dates in a bowl and pour as much water on top as it covers all of them. Soak for 3-4 hours.

2. When the dates are soft enough, strain them and blend in a food processor or blender until smooth.

3. Keep it refridgerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
